Chicken Parm is just one of those things you can't say no to, but you can easily destroy when making from scratch...in my opinion. The sauce has to be just right...the chicken has to be super seasoned and the right thickness and cooked to a crisp, the mozzarella has to be super fresh and gooey, the pasta can't be over cooked.... But when you throw chicken parm ingredients onto a pizza it's like all the rules are out the door and it just is instantly GOOD. or is that just me?

The cheesecake bars that forever changed my LIFE!

So...here is THE story.

So, I was making these bars for a "reveal party" and BOY WAS I EXCITED! My boyfriend (Tyler)'s - sister (Jackie) is pregnant, having her second child, and this party was for her! Tyler told me about this party 3 weeks in advance, it was to take place this past Friday (Aug 30th) at her house. He told me to pick any dessert that I wanted and of course I pick cheesecake! How can you go wrong?

Whoever though to stuff a pepper with a bunch of cheese and call it a day deserves an award. Then going and wrapping it with bacon? Give that human a CROWN! These are an all time favorite of mine. Growing up, my mom would always have jalapeno poppers on deck and it just became a staple in our household. Not to mention they are so easy to put together and they are perfect for any party!

If you go ahead and imagine the gooiest, chocolate-iest, velvet-iest, melt-in-your mouth, most decadent brownie...here it is. This is freakin IT.

This is the absolute best brownie I have ever tasted in my whole entire life & I so sadly wish that these were made from scratch. YEP - THESE ARE BOXED AND I NEED YOU TO KNOW ABOUT THEM. They are so easy to make and they are keto friendly. 1 net carb per square. It's THAT keto friendly.

I will forever stand behind pineapple on pizza. I don't know what it is, it's just that sharp sweetness paired with saucy-ness and a nice crispy crust and ooey cheese...it..just..fits. It's like a brie and pear flatbread. It..just..FITS. And if you aren't a pineapple pizza person, try this recipe and let me know if it changes your mind ;) Trust me!

Now, this pizza is macro friendly. Low fat, high protein and carb and this pizza is perfect for any leftover chicken you may have! It reminds me of a, throw everything you got in the fridge onto this...

Look at that stack, man. {exhales} This is such a great waffle recipe and you wouldn't even know its keto! Yea, I said it. KETO. I have been testing out this way of eating again and so far so good! I do feel better overall, the first two weeks I was such a sleepy head. But now I am on week three and it is becoming easier.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS?!?! It's one of the best days of the year {in my opinion} it's NATIONAL WING DAY!!!! And I have brought to you, the BEST wing recipe. It's foolproof, it comes out perfect every time! And not to mention, so simple and quick! 

Now, serious question. Do you rinse your chicken off before cooking it?

Growing up I've always seen my parents do this and it just stuck to me, plus sometimes the chicken is a little slimy when I take it out of the packing and the first thing I want to do is rinse it off and pat it dry.
