I am a total sucker for Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey Ice Cream. Seriously, I could probably finish off 2 in a day. Maybe 3...4 ok ok ok. You get the point. But...What if I told you..there's a healthier version. That consists of THREE ingredients!? Super simple....here's how I did this.
Frozen Naners...Blend...adding in Almond Milk
Add in mini chocolate chips and walnuts...
And Voila! Your healthy delcious ice cream, tastes just like Chunky Monkey :)
Take 3 bananas, peel, and freeze for at least 8 hours-overnight.
Cut into small chunks, place in food processor and blend. Small bits of banana will form.
On high, slowly add in almond milk until mixture combines into a smooth creamy texture/
Add in the chocolate chips and/or walnuts and pulse a few times.
