Three Ingredient {healthy} Ice Cream!

 I am a total sucker for Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey Ice Cream. Seriously, I could probably finish off 2 in a day. Maybe 3...4 ok ok ok. You get the point. But...What if I told you..there's a healthier version. That consists of THREE ingredients!? Super simple....here's how I did this. 

 Frozen Naners...Blend...adding in Almond Milk 

Add in mini chocolate chips and walnuts... 

And Voila! Your healthy delcious ice cream, tastes just like Chunky Monkey :)

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • Splash of Almond Milk

  • Mini chocolate chips/and or walnuts

 

Directions:

  1. Take 3 bananas, peel, and freeze for at least 8 hours-overnight.

  2. Cut into small chunks, place in food processor and blend. Small bits of banana will form.

  3. On high, slowly add in almond milk until mixture combines into a smooth creamy texture/

  4. Add in the chocolate chips and/or walnuts and pulse a few times.

  5. Voila! ENJOY!!!!
