Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

Hummus is one of the easier dips to make, as long as you have a food processor! Healthy too, in the right portions! ;) sometimes....I may eat the whole bowl, but....who cares! It's delicious!

The sun dried tomato brings such a sweetness and earthyness to this dip. It's pretty addicting, so BE AWARE!

This recipe is pretty simple. Just throw all your ingredients in a food processor and go! Any hummus recipe is pretty simple in general, but this one......this one will be a favorite. Trust me.

Taaa-daaa! Hummus!

Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) Chick Peas
2 Tbs Tahini
1/8 c sundried tomatoes
½ tsp salt
Few cracks of fresh black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
3 medium garlic cloves
Squeeze of lemon (about 1 tsp. optional)
¼ c olive oil
Directions:
In a food processor combine all but the olive oil. Pulse until chunky.
On high, slowly add in the olive oil until a smooth consistency.
Taste for any additional seasoning.
Serve with warm, whole wheat ciabatta, pita, or vegetables.
