Breakfast Pizza

September 12, 2016

And to think pizza could not get any better...

Why not top it with all of my favorite breakfast things.

I could have easily added a thick slice of french toast and some creamed chipped beef but I don't think the pizza would have looks as pretty :)

But the one thing that I love more than life...candied bacon.

You don't have to do this extra step, but, I coat my bacon in brown sugar and bake at 275 degrees, flipping every 20 minutes until gooey and crispy.

It's a whole new world really and I'll never leave it!

And then....crispy hashbrowns!

You can surely use the store shredded kind and get them nice and crispy, or... you can go my route (which is my Sunday ritual)

Very finely cubed potatoes sauteed until crispy with fresh garlic.

Carbs on top of carbs for breakfast?

HELLZ YEA.

And then, da egg.

Now I am going to be completely honest...I am no fan what so ever of eggs.

I know - but it's true. The only time I will eat them is when they are extra crispy, fried on a sammich.

Preferably a bacon egg and cheese.

But for this pizza - it had to be a sunny, and the runny egg made my insides turn but it made for one beautiful breakfast pizza!!

So feel free to make your egg however you enjoy it, scrambled, over easy, fried :)

Maybe add a few more on!

That eggg........

It just poured so beautifully,

And that yolk is perfect to soak up with the pizza crust!

Maybe add some syrup???

YES....i'm telling you, at this point I wanted a slice of french toast on it as well, or maybe pancakes? carb on carb on carb......

exactly how I like it.

I hope you guys enjoy!!
